Based on the experience of building our GTT series of round-bilge, fast displacement cruisers, Dynamiq is proud to announce that we are now offering prospective clients bespoke builds under a new service:
DYNAMIQ CUSTOM.
With two GTT yachts on the water and a third in build, our production to date has been semi-custom, but each of these projects has been highly individual in both aesthetic and technical terms. As a boutique shipyard with a truly international and responsive team, we feel we are ideally placed to go a step further and offer discerning clients motor yachts from 30-50 metres in length that have been designed from the keel up to meet their individual needs and preferences.
“There is already ample scope to customise our in-house models that range in size from 100 to 165 feet, but we wanted to allow those customers who share our forward-thinking philosophy to build their own personal projects with us,” says Dynamiq founder and CEO Sergei Dobroserdov. “It’s a rational continuation of our mission to provide our clientele with as much choice as possible and the new service will combine all the Dynamiq brand values based on Efficiency, Performance, Intelligence and Quality, or EPIQ for short.”
Under the new service, Dynamiq can take care of the exterior and interior design, or clients are free to bring in their own personal designer. They can also choose between steel for the hull with aluminium topsides, or all-aluminium/Sealium construction.
The initial concept design will be developed in collaboration with the leading Dutch studio Van Oossanen Naval Architects. This study will take up to two months to complete at an average fee of 50,000 euros. It will include the general arrangement, naval architecture, 3D models of the hull, as well as specifications for the systems and equipment and the final cost to build the custom project.
“Quality is not just what you can see when you are looking around the finished product: it starts with the development of the design details,” continues Dobroserdov. “By working with top northern European naval architects and suppliers we ensure a strong focus on technical quality and reliability throughout the design and construction process, which is especially important when building one-off projects.”
Clients will also receive a full set of photorealistic renderers to envisage the yacht’s exterior and interior design, and will be able to introduce changes where required. Transparency is key and full access to construction terms and pricing will be provided.
With a modern, high-tech and client and broker-friendly shipyard in Massa on Italy’s Tuscan coast, Dynamiq is able to build superyachts up to 55 metres in length with various powertrain options, including hybrid technology. The dedicated production facility offers the highest standards of working environment and quality control. Depending on the complexity of the project, our specialist team can complete a 35-40m vessel in about 28 months, which is only 5-6 months longer than a series model.
All we need from the client or their rep is to get a full-custom project underway is a short brief, including LOA, whether the yacht is for private or commercial use, cruising area, the number of cabins, and the desired top speed.
If you would like to find out more about Dynamiq custom and our range of superyachts, please drop by our stand during the Cannes and Monaco Yacht Shows. We would be happy to discuss prospective projects with you.
